I don’t see any aspirations here for new traffic management, bus priority (i.e. the bus triggering a green traffic light), increased parking charges and strict policing of current yellow lines. There also needs to be an extra bus stop between the Market Hall/Memorial and Tesco. Without these measures any re-launched Town Service will not succeed. There need to be carrots AND sticks to encourage local people to use this service.
